Agile Development Method

When working with complex projects, trying to work out every detail beforehand is a time consuming effort where a lot of decisions may need to be changed in a later phase. As projects progress, situations change, new ideas emerge and old ideas seem to have been made with false insight. So we promote a flexible method that welcomes change as more information becomes clear.

Digestible bites

A central focus of this method is breaking up a project in manageable chunks, dealing with their specific details at the appropriate time.

We begin with an overall project with certain top level requirements, also called use cases . We will break up these use cases in a few working releases or milestones , each of which incorporates a working functional whole. This is also called incremental development.

When working on a release with the development team, we will have refined the use cases to clear features which we evaluate and improve on during the development.
