Western Europe has a blooming IT industry that creates the most amazing applications. In fact this industry is so fast growing that there are not enough professionals to meet the demand. Therefore many ICT companies have started to look abroad to find qualified personnel, hoping to both raise production capacity and cut costs.

But, for countless companies, this proved more difficult than expected. When requirements become more complex, you cannot simply send your project specification over a thousand miles away and hope for the best. You need to have close relations, compatible working methods, and clear agreements with your development partners. Even more, you need to truly work together, as is the case with every team effort.

Enter the Bmbo Way

Towards the end of 2007, We decided to create a specialized outsourcing service that would deliver the high-end ICT products and corresponding service we have come to expect in Western Europe. A service that doesn't require you to set up your own offshore department and where you have access to our local project managers who have experience in working closely with our offshore partners.

We called it the BMBO Way, also short for Bamboo. Bamboo grows fast, is strong, and remains flexible. Its phased growth pattern is similar to the Agile software development methods we employ. Moreover the BMBO Way entails the use of advanced issue tracking software, solid legal agreements and specialized project managers.

In 2008 BMBO Europe was incorporated. We have made it our mission to make outsourcing work painlessly. The process we have developed, the partnerships we nourish, and our customers are proof to this every day
